This Rhum Plantation was aged on Barge 166, the very first floating cellar on the Seine. The aging casks were selected by Alexandre Gabriel of Maison Ferrand. First, 10 years of tropical ageing in Bourbon casks, followed by 1 years of continental ageing in Ferrand cognac casks. Finally, 9 Months of ageing on a barge in new barrels. Distilled at the Trinidad Distillers Limited. Distillation: 100 % Column stills. Raw materials : Molasses Fermentation : 2-3 days Volatile compounds: 852g/hL AA Esters: 195g/hL AA Dosage: 4 g/hL Limited edition because a single barrel of 30L for a format of 50cl-49,6% per bottle, a total of only 58-60 bottles !
