History: exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français in 1905 (Paris) under number 884 (see last photo)
On the back: an old label with the name of the painter, his address and the title of the painting. Also on the back an old label on which there are delivery instructions to the customer in Caen. The frame has a framer's stamp in Caen.
