As can be seen in the photos, this Lapis Bowl is a real eye-catcher because it has a special Round shape and is of very good quality. the photos were taken without any filter or anything. This bowl was laboriously crafted from small lapis lazuli plates on a metal core. The front and back are precisely glued, the edge is also covered with custom-made lapis lazuli. Lapis lazuli is one of the oldest known gemstones, having been prized as a sacred stone as far back as the ancient cultures of Egypt, Mexico and the empires of the East. The Egyptians considered gemstones the most precious thing they could give their dead pharaohs as grave goods. The stone is not only important as a jewelry and healing stone, this gemstone also played a special role as a pigment because of its luminous and light-resistant azure color.
