Very lovely Sculpture of a Pharaoh delivering in sign of adoration a figure of the goddess of justice Maat.

PARALLELS: A similar object, but in silver, is preserved in the Louvre (E 27431).
The offering of this goddess signifies that the fragile balance of the world has been achieved, resurrecting the perfect dawn of Creation. The sovereign wears a blue wig (Khepresh) and a loincloth. At the back, a dorsal pillar.
