Produced from 100% pure cane juice of the Matos and Canne Rouge varieties, this rum is the expression of the 4 historic acres of Charles Albert Ruscade, known as Papa Rouyo. It was distilled in 2022 and aged for 1 year in a tropical climate, at the distillery, in ex-cognac French oak barrels. The congeners content is 430.1 gr/hlpa, of which 101.6 gr/hlpa are ester. Bottled full proof, with an Angels share of >8%. A world first.
