6 bottles of red wines from Sardinian, from the best expressions of native grape varieties and some international blends Barrua 2007 from Agricola Punica: carignan with small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine comes from a collaboration between Cantina San Guido, where Sassicaia is made and Cantina Santadi in Sulcis, a region in the south of Sardinia well known for the best expressions of Carignano del Sulcis. The wine was made from Giacomo Tachis, one of the most famous wine makers in the world. Rocca rubia Riserva 2014 from Cantina Santadi Made entirely from Carignan, Santai winery is located in Sulcis, a region with sandy and clay soil, close to the sea, perfect for this grape variety, who can age for decades and bring wonderful fruit flavours with mineral and salty compounds. Tanca farrà 2015 from Sella&mosca Silky and elegant, this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cannonau is well known for its ability to age for a long period and for its silkiness even dough it can be bold and with a lot of structure. The winery is one of the largest Sardinian wineries, very well known for its style of blending traditional sardinian grapes woth so called international grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon. Dule 2013 from Gabbas winery Made entirelty from Cannonau, sardinian version of the granache, bold and structured, to experience the strength of Sardinia. Rich and intense, can age well and be paired with red meet and with red tuna, as well with dryaged meet and strong cheese.
