I was born in the coldest month of winter - February. Ever since, I've adored the pristine winter. I grew up near St. Petersburg, and my main childhood pastime was sledding. Over time, life brought me to southern Italy, where I currently reside. Every winter, I eagerly await the snowfall to "revisit my childhood." Due to global warming, it doesn't happen often here now. For me, it's not just nostalgia but also an opportunity to "document" snow in southern Italy. Perhaps, in a millennium, no one will be able to witness it anymore.
