Vintage Strand Pattern 23 baby spotlight, in its original condition on a U-shaped bracket.
Spotlight with wood mounting. Electrically refurbished and PAT-tested.
Takes one E27 light bulb. Use a high wattage LED bulb for best effect.
Vintage wooden tripod, hight adjustable.
The Pattern 23 was the first mass-produced theatre spotlight in the World. Die-cast by the 5000 for a market in which a gross (144) was thought to be an outsize batch
Small, compact lantern with a multitude of applications in stage lighting, picture lighting, shop window display, exhibition work. It gives a clear-cut beam of any required shape and free of stray or ghost light.
Ventilated die-cast aluminium body and lens tube assembly designed with medium prefocus lamp holder. Body is hinged at the rear to give access for lamping and cleaning.
The light is directed onto a gate for diaphragm masks which are focussed hard or soft by an adjustable 3½in diameter, 5in focus p.c. lens in tube retained by safety chain. i199
