DETAILS: From a personal collection ! This pen is in a n excellent vintage condition, very beautiful and nicely balanced ! "51" model MKII-B, vintage from circa 1950's. Short feathered early clip. Cap insignia style, engraved pattern with fine lines grouped in five and converging on top, 1/10 12 ct. Rolled Gold. Nice burgundy plastic shiny body. Gold plated trim and gray mother-of-pearl cap jewel. 14K/585 solid gold NIB, probably "F" fine tip (looks so, not marked outside). With aerometric stainless steel blade pressure filler ("4 times"). Pressure hoop filler. Marked engraved on cap lip: PARKER - 1/10 12 ct. R.GOLD. Perfectly clean and shiny ! No case or instructions supplied, sorry. All original and authentic, Please consider the pictures as part of the description as they show the exact item that will be purchased. CONDITION: Mint body and excellent cap. No flaws. No visible wear/use marks on body. Cap has only microscopic marks and one side of the clip a couple extremely soft deformations which are very acceptable and practically unnoticeable. No obvious scratches or dents, no scuffs to the cap and barrel. Clip very nice with slight wear more exposed edges and corners, from use. No cracks anywhere. No repairs. No deformations. Cap closes smoothly and holds tight both closed and posted. Clip is perfectly straight aligned and adjusts firmly to the cap surface. The Nib is aligned and perfect with plenty iridium. Filling up easily with large ink amount. No leaks or blots. No wear or brassing to the gold plating cap. MOP jewel nicely conserved and shiny, with no significant yellowing. Crisp engravings. Writing perfectly and smoothly with good ink flow. Perfect finish shiny all over. No personal engravings. In perfect working condition.
