This is the unique original Watercolour painting by Alberto Salinas. This illustration shows in detail the explorer Dr Livingstone on his expeditionary journeys in Africa including being the first European to see the Mosi-oa-Tunya ("the smoke that thunders") waterfall (which he renamed Victoria Falls after his monarch, Queen Victoria). The artwork consists of 4 paintings pasted onto a thicker board. Please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If multiple pieces from The Vaults of The Book Palace are won in this auction by the same bidder, only one set of shipping charges will be applied.
