Zsigmond Strobl of Kisfaludi - Art Deco nude sculpture. A very rare piece. " A shy-inhibited girl " Art Deco nude figurine. It depicts a naked girl with her hair braided, suddenly covering her upper body. The figure embodying the allegory of the time of day is made intimate by the realistic modelling of the woman, her lyrical mood and the thrill of peeking. The first, small-scale version of the work was carved by the sculptor in 1924. His photo was also published in the English newspaper Stúdió. As a young artist in Kisfaludi, he mainly created genres, portraits, and nudes. In 1909, he gained recognition with his exhibition at the Budapest Art Gallery, and his career reached its peak between the two world wars. The fruit of this period is countless creations, as well as travels and numerous domestic and foreign recognitions. Flawless. Height: 33 cm Made by: HEREND Around 1938 Marking: "HEREND" is the stamp and form number pressed into the mass. When the porcelain was fired, a small point (the size of a needle point) appeared on it. Last photo. It does not affect either its value or its beauty. It comes from a private collection. The photos are part of the description. Well packed, trackable delivery! Shipping to countries outside the EU may take longer due to customs clearance, please understand!
