It carries out the first fermentation in stainless steel tanks after which it is racked to refine for 6 months in old 18,000 liter oak vats. It is racked into used 225-liter American oak barrels in which it is aged between 36 and 42 months, with a total of 6 manual rackings. A minimum of 24 months of aging in the bottle before being marketed."
