Elegant late Victorian 15ct yellow gold hat or tie pin that can also be used as a scarf or hair ornament. Set with a round brilliant-cut sapphire to top that has a deep and vibrant blue hue. The pin has a twisted spiral midsection. The brooch comes in its original antique leather and velvet presentation case.
Made in England, c. 1890's.
