Holmegaard - Jacob Bang - Garrafa (2) - Kluk Kluk karaffel - Vidrio - kluk kluk

Measure: 31,5 (very large) and 28,5 cm hight (large). 2 originale Decanters - Kluk Kluk flessen - Knijpflessen helder glas Kastrup Classic Danish design Holmegaard - Denmark Jacob Bang (1899-1965) Designer: Holmegaard Jacob Bang Series: Klukbottle Material: mouth-blown glass Both won as sailing prices in KDY, Rungsted Sejlklub 1980, 1st price 1980 and winner of evenning match race 1980, and both caraffes have gold marks in recognition of this on the bottles (see photos) The sip bottle has for many years been synonymous with Holmegaard glass design. In fact, one can go so far as to say that the bottle has the status of being a Holmegaard icon. The beautiful glass bottle is mouth-blown in clear transparent glass, which makes it extra decorative when it is displayed with either whiskey or cognac on the bar cart. The sip bottle is made with a body of three columns. There are plenty of bottles on the market with four columns, but very few with three columns. The very special clicking sound, which gives the bottle its name, occurs when the liquid is poured out of the bottle and meets the air in the bottle's columns. A good gift idea for that very special occasion. Each piece of mouth-blown glass is unique and handcrafted by the glassblower, who carefully blows the right amount of air through the narrow pipe. Air bubbles in the glass are therefore inevitable and form part of the charm that characterizes mouth-blown glass. Not produced any longer. Rare collectors item.
