This whisky is produced thanks to the talent and experience of the Master Distiller Ashok Chokalingam by indirect steam heating; the mashing is manual, and the fermentation lasts 6 days; the distillation takes place in a Forsyth pot still from the descending neck; the cask used for aging is an ex-bourbon.
