A Pair of Impressive Vintage Column Lamps. These are big design lamps and are made in a Neoclassical style. The lamps were probably made in the 1970s by Kullmann. They are made from brass which appears to have been painted silver in the past, look at all the photos for an impression. They are heavy at 3.1 kg each and are +/- 73 cm tall. The fluted column stands on a Neoclassical base with wreaths on all sides. This is a classic and famous model. A few renowned lighting designers and design houses made similar lamps in the 1970s and 1980s- like Deknudt and Kullmann. When placed in a room they create a luxurious environment and fit nicely with Empire or Regency furniture.
