Finca wine produced with Tinta Fina from a single plot (La Cruz) in the highest areas of the Ribera del Duero. Manual harvesting gives way to prolonged and intense maceration and 16-month aging in French oak barrels. Subsequent maturation in a wooden tank for its perfect assembly. We are facing a very complex and intense wine at every stage of the tasting.
It's bright and clean, cherry red. Red fruit aromas give way to soft toast and spices. In the mouth it is direct and lively, but tamed by its long aging in barrel and bottle.
