Pale celadon nephrite jade sculpture boy - China – end of 20th Century On offer is a nicely carved grey-green pale celadon nephrite jade sculpture of a boy holding a lotus stem. This jade sculpture is made in the Chinese taste and has a grey-green color. This fine jade pendant passes the scratch test for good hardness, no scratch with sencys hardmetal scratch pen possible! Also checked with UV light; which indicates a natural color. Also tested for thermal conductivity, which indicates Nephrite jade. A good piece, very suitable as an addition to your collection or to present as a gift. Has been tested as can be seen below, but comes without official test certificate. Provenance: acquired from inland China.
