A rare opportunity to purchase a scarce Queen Victoria Military Commission, awarded to Hugh Branston Warwick, on 5th January 1900 being promoted to the rank of Second Lieutenant, with Queen Victoria's signature to the top left, under the blue embossed seal.
The document has been folded, some brown blemishes and spotting to the document with some light creases but no tears or rips, nice clear signature of Victoria. Please refer to pictures as they are part of the description.

Ver traducciónI don't know what you mean by Scotch. The item was not sent out broken, what covered the glass is tape and that helps it from getting broken. The picture clearly shows the item not broken.
