The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG from the Le Macioche winery is produced from bunches of Sangiovese harvested by hand in the property's vineyards located near the estate. We are located south of the town of Montalcino, 450 meters above sea level, where the Sangiovese benefits from significant temperature variations and has its roots in soils rich in marl. After a careful selection of the bunches, the fermentation is carried out in steel and is followed by a maturation of 30 months in large wood, respecting traditions. A powerful but at the same time refined Brunello, it transports the essence of one of the best recent vintages into the glass.
