VIEW/COLOR
Straw yellow.
SCENT
Notes of minerals with salty tones of the coast and resinous aromas of pine needles. This is followed by aromas of bittersweet oranges.
TASTE
Beautiful oily and oily tones, with much more peat than other Springbanks. It's as if the distillery has added a few casks of Longrow. Then the notes of pepper, salt, and aromas of lime and orange come through.
FINISH
The finish is long, beautifully peated with notes of lime and a hint of pepper.
CULINARY
Great with traditional Scottish dishes, such as Highland Chicken or smoked salmon.
