This incredible vintage 1950s Swoboda gold plated semi precious half gem stones Clown brooch would make a wonderful addition to one's jewelry collection. Highly collectible! This hand crafted Swoboda Clown with balloons brooch is inlaid with semi precious half gem stones. Just lovely. Marked Swoboda Very good vintage condition! Measurement, see photo! Swoboda used several different marks on jewelry, both in block letters and italicized typefaces, some of which include a copyright symbol. When there was not enough room on smaller pieces for the entire name, the “SWO.INC.” mark was sometimes used.The charm and beauty of Swoboda jewelry has been enjoyed since the 50’s. Manufactured in the U.S.A., Swoboda utilized an array of semi-precious and precious gems, to create timeless pieces of collectible jewelry which have the appearance of fine jewelry, at costume jewelry prices.
