Very unusual silver plated Art Deco novelty cocktail shaker; a faithful recreation of the Boston Lighthouse, the first lighthouse to be built in America, right down to the windows on its sides.
Shakers like this were designed to look different than the classic shaker shape. This was done to make them less easily recognisable by the police in the 1920's during the era of Prohibition in the USA.
