This indicates that it's a left oblique nib, designed to make writing easier for left-handed individuals. However, even if you're not left-handed, you can still enjoy using an oblique nib. It allows for the same writing technique as with Music, Stub, or Italic nibs, where vertical lines are thicker and horizontal lines are thinner, thanks to the slant of the nib.
