Stevie Wonder-Innervisions / The Funk & Soul Legend (180 gram pressings ,pressed directly from metal masters)
Limited Pure 180g colorless

Profile:
Series of Japanese reproduction reissues on 180 gram vinyl, released by label Universal Music LLC.
Genuine "180g heavyweight" newly blended colorless virgin vinyl. Pressed directly from "Metal Master". "Direct Transfer Cutting" from DSD edit master.

[What is 100% pure LP?]
● Material is reassembled, undyed virgin vinyl (180g weight record).
Vinyl record (board) is usually made of vinyl chloride, the main raw material, and coloring agents such as carbon for coloring. added. The reason regular vinyl records are black in the first place is because they consider reusing materials. In this 100% pure LP, we eliminated all colorants that affect the sound and specially blended pure vinyl chloride with a low degree of polymerization to ensure dimensional stability and natural sound. The finish is a slightly yellowish transparent disc, but the same color as the raw vinyl (note).

●Metal Master/Press
In the mass production of ordinary vinyl records, after cutting, there are four processes: lacquer disc (concave), metal master (convex), metal nut (concave), and stamp (convex).
In this series, the two processes of metal nut and punch are omitted and pressed directly from the metal master. The goal is to create a more original groove. However, due to the lower shelf life, the quantity is completely limited.

●DSD Direct Transfer Cutting
The master on which this series is based is the DSD file used in the SA-CD to SHM specification series released in 2010 and has been very well received by audio files around the world. Based on the flat transfer from analogue tape, this is the best possible digital master that has been largely corrected for damage caused by aging.
The master is fed directly to the editing console via the analog output of SONY's custom K-1326 DAC, commonly known as the Silver Box, by Sonoma, which enjoys overwhelming trust as a DSD workstation. No electrical processing such as equalizers, limiter compressors, notch filters, low frequency phase correction, etc. With this simple circuit configuration, we aim to produce sounds that stay true to the original, with more of an emphasis on freshness and dynamic range in the cut-level competition.
Also, to reduce playback distortion, cut the sound groove as close to the outer circumference as possible.

(Note) The color of the product may vary depending on the molding conditions.

In this series, the jacket also adopts a new shape, different from the traditional LP.
-Thick, soft, transparent vinyl sleeve (with flap)
- Bi-fold LP-size envelope card
-Lyrics/translation card integrated with sash (for vocal song works only)
