A finely sculpted porcelain figure of a reclining putto, his head resting on a woven basket, lying on a bed of wheat sheaves and abundant harvest on an oval base. Marked to the reverse in underglaze blue with manufacturer´s mark of Aelteste Volkstedter Porzellanfabrik, a mark used from 1915 to 1934.
Condition: Tip of the right wing broken off, no other damages or repairs. Minimal wear commensurate with age.
This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
