Very rare table lamp designed by Házi Tibor. His works are presented in the Museum of Applied Arts in Budapest. The base of the lamp is made of metal, the lampshade is frosted glass. The lamp is in excellent and working condition. Tibor Házi, Munkácsy award-winning glass designer and industrial artist, was born in Sarkad on September 18, 1946, and died in Budapest on March 20, 1993. Between 1966 and 1971, he completed his studies at the glass department of the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts. In 1973, he designed several lamp families for the lamp plant of the Iparművészeti Vállalat. He was a member of the Art Fund of the Hungarian People's Republic, and from 1971, the National Association of Hungarian Artists and the Association of Hungarian Visual and Industrial Artists. In 1991, he received the Munkácsy Award. He participated as a founder in the Mária Goszthony International Glass Creation Site and Symposium Foundation in Bárdudvarnok. His memory is preserved by the Házi Tibor Vándordíj, founded in 1996 and awarded annually in Bárdudvarnok.

Tibor Házi, Munkácsy award-winning glass designer and industrial artist, was born in Sarkad on September 18, 1946, and died in Budapest on March 20, 1993. Between 1966 and 1971, he completed his studies at the glass department of the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts. In 1973, he designed several lamp families for the lamp plant of the Iparművészeti Vállalat.

He was a member of the Art Fund of the Hungarian People's Republic, and from 1971, the National Association of Hungarian Artists and the Association of Hungarian Visual and Industrial Artists. In 1991, he received the Munkácsy Award. He participated as a founder in the Mária Goszthony International Glass Creation Site and Symposium Foundation in Bárdudvarnok.
