Beautiful antique wooden type case with classic finger joint corners. By type-foundry Stephenson Blake & Co from Sheffield. Origin: England, mid 19th century. The name of the foundry was pressed into the wood. The front still contains the original text behind the little screen ''12 pt. Art Gros'' with metal handle. Comes with beautiful round edge at the top at the front. See photos for a good impression. Contains 95 compartments with 70 copper compounds. Size: 82 x 37 x 3.2 (at the front 4.2) cm. In exceptionally good condition (has 3 holes from being mounted to a wall).
