An exceptionally beautiful hand-carved bust of a Balinese man by A. Fatimah (a.k.a. A.A. Fatimah). Bali - Approx. 1940 Beautiful old patina and remarkably smooth polish as was done in the past and is rarely seen nowadays. A. Fatimah worked in Bali during the 1940s and 1950s and was known for his ebony sculptures. He also made use of other indigenous kinds of wood such as sandalwood.
