Magnificent 1940s men's watch by the renowned Mildia brand. Beautiful 33 mm chrome-plated case in neat condition. Beautiful white dial which has acquired a wonderful even eggshell patina over the years. Beautiful radium-filled Arabic numeral markers and blue syringe hands. This is a design which is often found in military watches. In addition, a beautiful closed outer minute track and a de-central second register at the 6 o'clock position. The movement looks very neat and runs properly, servicing is recommended, however. The watch comes fitted with a new old stock pigskin strap which was made in Ireland. This strap can be adjusted to fit a wrist size of up to at least 20 cm. The watch will be packaged with the utmost care and shipped to the new owner by registered post.
