Gigandet men's watch from the 1950s with a new cognac, leather lizard strap (maximum 21 cm), diameter without crown 33 mm, champagne dial, 18 kt solid gold case, large central second hand, watch number: 1214, and a hand wound movement that runs excellently. The brand Gigandet was produced in the mid 20th century, under the auspices of Breitling, and was mainly meant for the North-American market. The watch is in immaculate condition, and appears to have been worn relatively little. A beautiful jewel for the wrist and/or an interesting investment in valuable Swiss vintage timepieces.
