The third annual limited release of the Harmony Collection was created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney and celebrates the fertile lands of Scotland. The presentation box and bottle label are made from discarded meadow cuttings and the whiskey was matured in sherry and bourbon casks. This has imparted aromas of honeysuckle, coconut and citrus peel on the nose, leading to notes of almond, honeydew melon and green tea on the palate.
