Longines Subsecond Octagonal Watch is from the late 70s. It holds the savoir faire of vintage watches. Roger Dubuis himself worked for Longines during those years , and he founded himself and devoloped as one of the greatest watchmakers in history around the 80s. This piece is inspired in the famous Octo watches that Gerald Genta made famous with the Royal oak, that later evolved to the the Octo in Bvlgari, and the "sympathie" model, that Mr. Roger Dubuis inspired himself in the acclaimed and famous current sympathie models that have struck the market in recent years.
