    Last times I've ordered, I've always had some kind of problem; totally different model, diamond set way too high, hole in the shank in "new ring". Quantity over quality shows and cust.service is slow.

    I spent over a month trying to locate the missing item myself. The seller ignored everything. No refund was given. FedEx officially declared the shipment lost. Terrible experience.
