Seit 2010 verfügen wir über eine Teppichwäscherei in Herford mit dem Firmenamen ''Profi Teppichreinigung''. Hier werden alle Teppiche vor dem Verkauf fachmännisch kontrolliert und auf Wunsch nach alter Tradition ökologisch gewaschen. Danke für Ihr Vertrauen.

Seller communication was almost impossible. I paid extra for cleaning, but the carpet arrived smelly with five visible stains. I doubt it was cleaned and filed a complaint with Catawiki.

I'm very dissatisfied! The packaging was torn and dirty. The rug was dirty and had a very unpleasant odor. The delivery arrived after I had complained and asked for a refund.

The carpet was filthy, stains not visible in the photos, sandy substance gathered at the foldings, scraps of grain, and blothes of candle wax. I paid 70 euros for having it cleaned. Contacted Catawiki
