Modern Mahogany Coloured Cased Staiger Quartz Astrometer “Local & World Time Dial “ - 2nd half 20th century
A Staiger Quartz Astrometer that stands 390mm High 290mm across the base and 195mm front to back.
Being honest, I have no idea what all of this does, all I can tell you is that the Main Clock, the one at the top is working perfectly apart from the fact that it loses a bit of time daily.
The 2 clocks below that look fabulous, but I don’t know what they are supposed to do.
The left one shows all the Months plus all the Signs of the Zodiac.
The other one it says, Lunar and Synodical Month Moon Phase.
I don’t know if they are working as I don’t know what they are.
Being a pensioner has its drawbacks sometimes, I just can’t work it out.
Please check all the photographs and you will see exactly how smart this is, even if you just use it as a timekeeper
