It is of Top quality These cuffs are an older production, but are still working as they should. The cuffs are equipped with wear, but are stainless. The main part is made up of die-cast aluminium, the brackets and hinges are of cast, stainless steel. The cuffs are recently totally cleaned and lubricated. The cuffs are sold with 1 key and a storage bag. It can be picked up or I send it. Both done from Belgium since I live here. Shipping at the buyer’s cost.
