Filed with a fluid to protect the needle; the compass seems to be fully filled, no bubbles etc., the needle moves absolutely precise.
The bezel works flawlessly.
The condition is good, it works fine, dust has accumulated between the two layers of glass.
Only given a rough clean, I leave the buyer to do the rest.
