A special high-quality Fattorini & Sons pocket watch.
The pocket watch is in good condition.
The white enamel dial with black Roman numeral hour markers and a de-central second hand has a number of hairlines, other than that it's very beautiful.
The strong case is made of two plates of 14 kt gold, so it's not gold-plated.
Because these are actual "slices" of gold, the case will not wear down. All lids close well.
It is a very high quality movement.
Five "adjusted rubies", a rare central "star" regulator.
The movement is signed by Waltham; this company is known to have supplied commissioned movements to other large watchmakers more than once.
It is a large and heavy piece.

Diameter with crown: 67 mm.
