Beautiful Art Nouveau sculpture of a young woman in a dramatic pose. The artist designed this lovely sculpture with much love for detail. The sculpture stands on a wooden base of a later date The sculpture is signed on the base by the artist Ruchot and carries a plaque on the pedestal with the title of the sculpture "Bouchon d'Or". Charles Ruchot was a French sculptor, active between approx. 1880 and 1925. Ruchot has left an impressive oeuvre, in his later period he was also inspired by the Art Nouveau. The lot will be properly packaged and shipped by registered mail. Please see the photos for a proper impression of this beautiful sculpture.
