Medieval Silver Ring with a Christogram of the Jesuits IHS-Iesus Hominum Salvator
(Jesus, Savior of Men) and the sacred early Christian symbol- the Anchor designed as a long cross or giving allusion of a cross.
Founded by Ignatius of Loyola with the approval of Pope Paul III in 1540 the Jesuit Society are till today one of the most important Catholic society.
With only an unsignificant minor scratches, otherwise in fantastic grade of preservation and still Wearable.

Purchased by the current owner in 2011 in Austria, Wien from Collector fair.
