Very Rare Military and Civilian binocular manufactured in Germany between 1895 and 1907.
The patent application was made in 1893. Its an 8x 20 with 8x magnification and 20mm lenses.
The Width is 14 cm, height 11 cm, weight 460 g. The serial number is 29626.

If you consider the age I would define the condition superb but since this is an item over 110 years old wich has never been serviced you obviously will find all kinds of minor imperfections:
BODY
Small skin loss of the original leather, schratches, paint loss
GLASS
NO scratches NO demage: the lens surface is still gorgeous.
I can see inside dust, dirt and/or minor thin fungus
A service and restore is adviced for such a precious historical item.
As for all the over 110 years old stuff I sell this in as is condition.
