For destinations not reached by GLS we will use another agency of similar characteristics. Due to the volume of shipments, sometimes the 3 days of shipping are not fulfilled, please understand this before claiming. Proper packaging is necessarily heavy. Our shipments do not include hooks, in order to avoid damages. Shipments to islands imply extra costs (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Sicily, etc.) that the client must pay to receive the parcel. Also an ID must be provided and a proforma invoice must be made. Shipments to islands, even if they are national shipments, are carried out by sea, so the reception of the parcel would be delayed between 6 and 10 days.
