BeoLab 7-1 Center Speaker. Very nice BeoLab 7.1. The BeoLab 7-1 was originally designed as the natural speaker unit for the BeoVision 7-32. However, due to its very high performance and versatility, it can be used in combination with other setups. Ideal to use as an active center speaker. The speaker cabinet is cast from one piece of aluminium and is coated with wear-resistant black soft-touch lacquer known from other Bang & Olufsen products. The natural-coloured front aluminium grill is anodised in the colour Dark Grey. Built with Active Loudspeaker Technology, the speaker includes three stereo ICE power modules in a three-way bass reflex speaker system. The two 3" midrange and two 3/4" treble drivers are facing forward behind the aluminium grill, while the two 4 inch bass drivers are facing downwards. The speaker is equipped with thermal protective circuits and Active Bass Linearisation (ABL), which allows the speaker to perform without distortion, even at a very high volume.
