This version was released by Märklin once in limited edition in 2018 as an export model USA.

Running number: 01 108
The front of the locomotive features a Christmas tree with switchable (f8) LED lamps and white-coloured Christmas images are depicted on both smoke deflectors and the sides of the tender.
Via a recording and the steam whistle, the locomotive can play two Christmas carols: "Süsser die Glocken nie klingen" (f14) and Ihr Kinderlein kommet" (f15).
With an MFX Digital decoder: address currently set on: 01.

Controlled high-efficiency propulsion in the boiler, powered on 3 axles with 2 traction tyres.
With 3-point front-signal lighting with LEDs, that alternates with changes in the direction of travel, operate in conventional mode with digital control via F0.
Adjustable acceleration and deceleration delay, maximum speed, address and sound volume
Adjusted acceleration and deceleration delay, with digital control via F4.
Sound module: 11 sounds with digital control.
Running sounds of a steam locomotive with digital control via F2, and synchronised with the running speed.
Steam whistle, long blast with digital control via F3.
Switchable flickering light in the fire box via F6.
Locomotive and tender primarily made out of metal.
Prepared for installation of a smoke generator 7226 - with digital control via F1; smoke generator is not included.
Adjustable close coupling between the locomotive and the tender.
This is the version with Witte type smoke deflectors.
With coal tow tender and old model boiler.
Length of the locomotive is approx. 27.5 cm.
Tested and fully functional.
Has hardly ever been run on the model railway, please see the clean wheel surfaces and pickup shoe.
With manual, small display case with pedestal and bag with loose parts.
Title on the pedestal: “Frohe Weihnachten”.
The locomotive is packed in special Christmas packaging.
