Here we have for auction extremely rare Collectors Edition, Franklin Mint Merlin's Maze deluxe board game. I believe this game was released in 1990. It is authorised and authenticated by the International Arthurian Society, and crafted from fine hardwoods, gold plated pewter with lavish accents of 22 carat gold.
The game measures 39cm x 39cm x 10cm high.
it is played by tilting the angle of the maze by using gold plated knobs on 2 sides (similar to Chinese Pinball), with the aim of getting the ball to the golden jewelled turret at the centre of the maze. It is supplied with 9 original metal balls.
The condition is extremely good for its age. Pictures are part of description.
