Jura Two-One-Two (212) Description The first release in the Two-One-Two series of annual limited editions, this Island single malt was distilled at Jura in 2006 and matured for 13 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in casks made from Chinkapin oak, a type of wood native to east and central North America. This series celebrates the Jura community of around 212 islanders. The nose is sweet with lemon drizzle cake, cinnamon spice and creamy toffee. The palate has stewed fruits and sweet sherbet with notes of pear and roast pistachio, before a long and satisfying finish.
