RARE 1/52 bottles of the world Notre Savagnin Gabrielo Bini 2019 With Pierre Overnoy of Jura Agienda Agricola Serragia, run by Gabrielo Bini and his son, is located on Panteleria Island, a volcanic island 100 kilometers southwest of Sicily. Gabrielo Bini and his son Giotto, who call themselves "Vignerons de pere en fils" (father to child farmer/winemaker), they give light to just supernova-like natural wine It has continued and has now become a cult icon that is respected all over the world. Gabrielo, a famous architect from Florence, has been based in Milan for a long time, but he was also originally a passionate lover of natural wine. In the late 90s, Gabriel was fascinated by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea of Panteleria, first growing capers, and then naturally began to adventure into the world of wine. Gabriel grapes are harvested from old vines planted in ancient terraced fields on the island's volcanic soil. In Seraggia, which is higher than other fields, the cool sea breeze blows, and the temperature is surprisingly calm even in midsummer. In a field of just over 5 hectares, they do not modify the vineyard at all, do not process copper or sulfur, and take care of the field with their hands and two horses, the more their winemaking beliefs are pure. The average age of the tree is 50 years, and some of them are more than 100 years old, and it is cultivated in the ancient "Alberero Pantesco" method developed to withstand the fierce winds of the island. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented slowly with terracotta amphoras of various ages and sizes made in Spain buried in the ground. All their wines undergo long-term skin contact to bring out the deepest soul of the grapes and their terroir, and are fermented and aged in Spanish-made amphoras buried in the soil near the field. After that, it is bottled without purification, filtration, and additive-free. Request: All wines of GABRIO & GIOTTO BINI are bottled without clear, unfiltered, and additive-free, so you can see a lot of lees in the product. This is also a characteristic of the product, so please understand in advance. Notre Savagnin Terre Siciliane IGT 2019 Under the veil of yeast, you can get the most expensive Italian white wine in the world, notre Savagnant, which can produce only 50 bottles. The cuttings of Jura's Savanyan are the basis of this wine. Hand-picked savanyan is fermented naturally, carefully squeezed, and aged in buried Spanish amphora. We do not clear or filter.
