Tempest Colosseum drummer Jon Hiseman formed the band in 1972. The band started out with vocalists Paul Williams (formerly of the Bluesbreakers and Juicy Lucy), Mark Clarke (formerly of the Colosseum and Uriah Heep) and Allan Holdsworth. After the release of the debut album "Tempest", Williams left the band and was replaced by Ollie Halsall, who had previously worked with Brian Eno. The second album "Living in Fear" was released in 1974. Tempest
