The recurrent theme of elderly figures alludes to the passage of time, varying in nuance across the series. Inspired by Agnes Martin, the infusion of colorful lines adds a touch of calculated expressiveness to this visually captivating portrait, crafting a harmonious narrative within concise strokes. The painting is oil on canvas mounted on a wooden stretcher. It comes shipped very carefully in a box directly from Mihai Cotiga’s studio.
